A Beautiful Day

Election Day was a beautiful day. Our President, a kind and decent human being, will have his opportunity, after all, to finish the many jobs he has begun in the interest of progress for our great nation. The Democratic Party will go back to the drawing board and try to figure out how its clock was so thoroughly cleaned--because it truly has no clue that abandoning its real base for the very small numbers in the minority special interests that it has adopted over the past 20 years was how it went awry. The war in Iraq can be fought without the interference of election concerns. God is back. It is no longer okay to worship Allah in public but not God. Marriage, defined as a union between a man and a woman, is what the majority has gone on record defending. We have declared as a Nation that we do not want to murder living beings in order to harvest their parts--even for the purposes of research that may or may not benefit other human beings. We have gone on record that we believe that there is a right and wrong and, while we may agree to disagree about some issues, most of us believe that some issues are not up for debate. We have agreed as a unified country that flowery words, an expensive suit, and many homes around the world does not qualify one to lead this country, even if one did serve in the military in one's youth. We have agreed that we are a people of principle, and that if no other nation has the courage to lead countries of this world away from chaos, mass destruction, and tyranny and toward freedom, we will accept the challenge and we will lead them. I am gratified, humbled, and privileged to have been born in this great country at this great time. Mark my words, history will list this President next to Churchill in its annals. God bless America from sea to shining sea!
