Col Ralph: Kill Don't Capture

"...Killing terrorists during a conflict isn't barbaric or immoral - or even illegal. We've imposed rules upon ourselves that have no historical or judicial precedent. We haven't been stymied by others, but by ourselves.

The oft-cited, seldom-read Geneva and Hague Conventions define legal combatants as those who visibly identify themselves by wearing uniforms or distinguishing insignia (the latter provision covers honorable partisans - but no badges or armbands, no protection). Those who wear civilian clothes to ambush soldiers or collect intelligence are assassins and spies - beyond the pale of law.

Traditionally, those who masquerade as civilians in order to kill legal combatants have been executed promptly, without trial. Severity, not sloppy leftist pandering, kept warfare within some decent bounds at least part of the time. But we have reached a point at which the rules apply only to us, while our enemies are permitted unrestricted freedom. ..."

Also heard Laura Ingraham discussing the column today. People seem to think this is "very tough" reading. Ha! This is common sense. And it's what I've been saying all along--check the archives. The logic the malignant la-la left puts out there for everyone to swallow will only get us killed. But, this is a free country and we can still go head over tin cups into our own demise, I guess.

Unless we wise up and elect officials who will act (and vote) in our interest before their own, and who have the guts to fight for our future, and not back down, get "too tired" or lose their nerve to finish the job--regardless of whether or not others think we're the "cool kids" in the world "club."

Well, whoever it is that has something to say to the US about killing enemy terrorists on the battleground, the same wackos need also to thank the US for helping their unprepared country to stave off terrorists as much as it has.

Because we do help them all--need and deserving aside. Yet, somehow these misguided pacifists want to project their sick value system onto us, telling us we should be nicer to the islmofascists that we've captured and to put our own actions in this war on trial during war time. Well unlike the US, the islamofascists have little to fear from the world court of opinion. Ever hear of infidelophobes?

And, you know what? The Western main-stream media (infidelophobes in their own right) just LOVE the islamofascists--they especially think the terrorists are just THE BEST during sweeps or when we have a light news day. After all, this is just amusement to them, the parasites of the world, making their living off of their stories (published without accountability to anyone) about lives that have been given bravely for everyone who enjoys freedom--their own absurdly abused freedoms included. Siding with the enemy in the time of war, regardless of your reason, is inexcusable.

To do so, we must kill our enemies wherever we encounter them. He who commits an act of terror forfeits every right he once possessed."
