BIFF BOLTON! BAM POW BUSH!

I had been waiting for some rising signs of the strong GWB I'd grown to know and love. He'd been kind of quiet lately. Then came the best day we'd had in a few. Everyone who was anyone had just left the city, the President himself had his bags packed for Crawford and the plane idling on the runway. Press people were predicting a late afternoon press conference. Surprise y'all! Mr. President calls everyone together so he can announce the recess appointment of John Bolton as UN Ambassador. The breaking news came on the telly and I quite literally jumped up and cheered, "YES!" I love it when he does this stuff! Filibuster that, you left wing willlies! Take this.... and that! BIFF! POW! BAM! You gotta love this guy! There's NOTHING like seeing someone mean what he says, and saying what he means. Ah, the priceless beauty of a courageous man.

Oh, and if you've got your pants in a knot because your President went off to work from the Western White House for five weeks, why don't you call the legislature and give them a piece of your mind? Oh, wait, what's that? THEY are on vacation, too? Not a working vacation, just a vacation vacation? You'll never find them now will you? What's a cry baby to do?
